ORDERS: The Aura Market is based in NJ, USA. Orders are processed within 4-7 business days of your order, unless otherwise noted in the listing. 

Shipping is calculated based on weight and destination. ONLY SHIPPING TO US AT THIS TIME. Domestic orders start at $4. Please select items and enter address for shipping rates. All orders include a tracking number.

All customs charges, import fees, duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility. If a package is refused at customs, customer is responsible for shipping charges and refunds are only processed once order is received.

For domestic orders, orders may take 2 to 8 business days. This time frame does not include processing time. If you experience any issues with transit or deliveries, please contact your local post office first.

DISCOUNTS: Discount or promo codes cannot be applied on already discounted bundles.
